What affects the price

Cleaning costs depend on a few specific things regarding your fireplace setup. We look at the total height of the chimney, the number of flues, and how much creosote buildup has accumulated over time. If your chimney has been neglected for several seasons, or if there are blockages like animal nests or heavy debris, the labor required increases. The type of liner and the fireplace architecture also play a role in the complexity of the service. Exact pricing confirmed free on the call.

About this service

A professional cleaning involves using specialized brushes and vacuums to clear out flammable creosote and ash from your chimney walls. This is a vital maintenance step to prevent house fires and ensure smoke exits your home properly rather than backing up into your living room. Experts generally suggest having your chimney inspected and cleaned annually if you use your fireplace regularly throughout the winter months to keep everything running safely and efficiently.
