What affects the price

Cleaning costs depend on a few specific things regarding your fireplace setup. We look at the total height of the chimney, the number of flues, and how much creosote buildup has accumulated over time. If your chimney has been neglected for several seasons, or if there are blockages like animal nests or heavy debris, the labor required increases. The type of liner and the fireplace architecture also play a role in the complexity of the service. Exact pricing confirmed free on the call.

About this service

A professional chimney sweep uses specialized brushes and high-powered vacuums to remove creosote and soot buildup from your flue. This process prevents dangerous chimney fires and improves airflow so smoke exits your home properly. You should schedule a professional cleaning at least once a year if you use your fireplace regularly, or whenever you notice significant soot accumulation. Keeping the system clear is essential for the safety of your home and the efficiency of your heating appliance throughout the winter months.
