Emergency chimney sweep — St. Louis, MO

Last updated: September 24, 2026

What affects the price

Cleaning costs depend on a few specific things regarding your fireplace setup. We look at the total height of the chimney, the number of flues, and how much creosote buildup has accumulated over time. If your chimney has been neglected for several seasons, or if there are blockages like animal nests or heavy debris, the labor required increases. The type of liner and the fireplace architecture also play a role in the complexity of the service. Exact pricing confirmed free on the call.

About this service

Sometimes you need immediate help because of a sudden blockage, a persistent smoke issue, or a suspected chimney fire. An emergency sweep focuses on stabilizing the situation and clearing immediate hazards that make your fireplace unusable or dangerous.
